Whether you're visiting the site or exploring the surrounding area, take advantage of the peaceful, beautiful setting for a delicious meal or a refreshing break.

Depending on what you’re in the mood for, you can :
- share a platter (cold cuts, cheeses) paired with one of our Trappist beers or the must-try Aulps beer.
- savour traditional Savoyard diots.
- try our homemade desserts while sipping a medieval herbal tea.
- refresh yourself with an ice cream or a cold drink (syrup, fruit juice, kombucha...).
And we haven’t forgotten vegetarians!

Whenever possible, the tavern strives to highlight local producers and works in collaboration with Fermenterie Champs Marmo, GAEC La Touvière, Clos aux Chèvres, and the Délices des Alpages cannery.

From 01/06 to 07/06/2026 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 2 pm and 6 pm. On Sunday between 10 am and 6 pm.

From 08/06 to 14/06/2026 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday between 2 pm and 6 pm.

From 15/06 to 20/09/2026 daily between 12 pm and 6.30 pm.
