Alpine pastures

The farms dotted about our high alpine meadows offer a glimpse of a traditional way of life that’s remained unchanged for centuries; you can still find fresh cheese, butter and milk at the farm, bursting with flavour from the lush pasture of Aup, Graydon, Ouzon or Trechauffe.
