Having your furniture classified is :
- a guarantee of quality for your customers
- an interesting tax system: tax deduction, fixed tourist tax, CFE exemption in certain communes, etc....
- more effective promotion and marketing on brochures and websites
- a classification valid for 5 years

Vallée d'Aulps Tourisme can help owners of furnished accommodation ot classify their property as "Meublé de Tourisme".
To help owners get their accommodation classified as "Meublé de Tourisme", our Tourist Office has signet an agreement with Innovtion et Développement Tourisme 74 to cover part of the cost of classification (50%)
/!\ on condition the furnished accommodation is also a partner of Vallée d'Aulps Tourisme! (see partnership rates in the "Furnished Holiday Rental Guide" linked above).
