The ALPES-LEMAN (CHAL) Centre Hospitalier opened its doors in February 2012 at Contamine sur Arve (location: Findrol)
The new hospital provides a wide range of medical and surgical specialisms, developing nephrology, internal medecine, vascular surgery, surgery for obesity, shoulder surgery and, in the near future, hand surgery.
The establishment also offers complex technical services that are the only ones available in the area south of Geneva: resuscitation, cardiology intensive care unit, hemodialysis...

Public transport links to the CHAL
Since June 2011, there have been transport links from Bonneville les Bordets to the CHAL via the LIHSA T74 bus service, with 5 return journeys per day (between 6 am and 7 pm) operated by RATP DEV (info and ticket prices: 04.50.03.70.09). Findrol is also served by the LIHSA 101 bus which goes to Cluses, Marignier, Ayze, Contamine (service operated by the SAT).
