Caly Farm
Presentation
Come and visit this small dairy farm with its Alpine herd. The farmers will be delighted to chat about the breed (Abondance) and share their experience…
You’ll find traditional farm produce that we’ve made: fresh milk, fromage frais, yoghurt (natural and fruit), Mont Caly delight and white Tomme cheese.
We also have a choice of cheese and other local produce (honey, jam, cured sausage, eggs and Savoie wine) from our fellow producers and local cooperatives.
Winter: from December to April, from 5pm to 6pm, free access to see cows in the barn.
Summer: milking up on the mountain (from June to middel-September): come and see the cows being milked in the fresh air, every evening from 5pm to 6pm above the Col de l’Encrenaz.
