Circuit de l'Encrenaz
A short loop perfect for an evening outing. The climb up the Col de l'Encrenaz and the crossing of the Foron river will delight nature lovers and those who enjoy quiet roads. Be careful, however, of the initial steep slopes right after the bridge at Les Gets.
Alternative route: the Col de l'Encrenaz can be climbed entirely from Taninges. At Pont des Gets, simply continue on the main road towards Taninges and then ascend through the hamlet of Rond. This adds 14km (7km uphill) and 320 meters of elevation gain to the route.
